For everyone who struggle to lose weight I recommend to start with detox smoothies. I've personally tried everything from pills to fad diets, but nothing worked except green smoothies. I found some delicious recipes on fb and started to make and drink them everyday (by the way, you can find them by clicking on this hashtag - #10TastyGreenSmoothiesTSG and looking for "The Smoothie Guy" fb page post - THESE ARE FREE!). As a results, I lost 8 pounds in first week. It's 2 months now and 30 pounds are gone by just drinking green smoothies!! How crazy is that?? Now, I'm feeling great, I'm not bloated anymore, my energy levels are sky high and I'm enjoying my life more than ever!
