LA Kings Camp Goes on the Road

<p >This year, the LA Kings are taking Kings Camp on the road with the first ever Mountain Series.  </p ><p >To kick this series off, the Kings Hockey Development staff made their first appearance in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, at the Frontier Ice Arena.</p ><p >Working with youth hockey players from Washington, Idaho, and Montana was a blast for everyone.</p ><p >"I loved watching the kids smile, laugh and enjoy being on the ice as much as I do! Plus, getting to go to nontraditional hockey markets and see such love for the sport from the kids and parents is such an amazing experience," explained Coach and Kings Alumni Derek Armstrong.</p ><p >The camp consisted of four on-ice sessions with Armstrong, dryland, lunch, and more.</p ><p >Every camper was sporting Kings gear and many campers received signed memorabilia and awards from current Kings players.</p ><p >"Overall, Kings Camp Coeur d'Alene was a great experience for the both the campers and our staff. We hope that we can come back for even more fun in the future," said Cody von Rueden, Kings Coordinator of Lil' Kings and Events.</p >
