Broadcom offers a broad selection of Gain Blocks and Driver amplifiers housed in industry standard packages to support various wireless infrastructure and other RF front-end design needs.
Thanks To Doug Friend VK4OE for alerting me to this. Most Broadcom previously Avago and HP amplifiers and diodes have been marked as end of life and are all discontinued. This includes low noise PHEMT MMICs like the MGA86563, MGA82563 etc. There appears to be no replacements from Broadcom or other manufacturers. Most suppliers had already sold all the remaining stock, but I have purchased in bulk to maybe get through a few years, but I suspect that there will be no replacements and most discrete semiconductors will continue to disappear over time. I suspected for some time that this could be due to export restrictions in the US and manufacturing being shut down to stop access to state of art semiconductors by some countries outside of the US.
