Nothin' but pizza.
I ordered pizza yesterday for delivery and I still haven't got it only 24hrs since I ordered it smh
Nothin' but pizza.
I beg to differ. Ordered two pizzas this evening from the store at 1212 S Grant, Springfield MO 65807 and one of the pizzas had actual DIRT baked into the edge of the crust. I can't/don't want even begin to imagine how that came to be. I would speculate the crust was dropped on the floor and instead of being thrown out they continued making the pizza. Sadly when I called back to let them know about it, the first response was "we'll remake your order". Now come on folks, would I really want another order from the same place that just served me dirt? I declined the offer and they offered a refund. I drove back to the location, returned the uneaten pizzas and was given a refund. The apology was " I apologize" No attempt was made to restore my previous positive mindset about Pizza Hut. So while I wasn't out any money, I was out time/gas to drive to the store two times, time to make the order on line and the phone call. Out of something for dinner. But since everyone has lost their appetite at that point, the loss was minimal on that front. Pizza Hut this is an EPIC SERVICE FAILURE. Your staff should be educated to understand the price of OBTAINING new customers over RETAINING current customers. The second is much cheaper. Coach those employees and managers to have some empathy. 'I'm so sorry your meal was ruined and that you had to drive all the back to the store. We'll be working hard to find out how this happened and taking measures to ensure it never happens again. Please accept a full refund of your purchase, and while it doesn't remove your disappointment please allow us to treat you to dinner with this certificate for any Large Pizza."
Buyer beware I ordered online earlier today and my card was charged twice once at time of order and then one hour and a half later I've called back several times only to be transferred to lines that ring & ring an eventually go busy. This is totally ridiculous never again will I order from you guys
