I had a problem with the south shore harbour store in league city Texas. I ordered pizza with easy sauce. I got extra sauce. The cashier Chase offered a credit. But the restaurant manager, Jeffrey, texted me and said call the store immediately. I called. He proceeded to tell me I always complain. Mind you this is my very first complaint. I was told I would not receive anything due to my constant complaints. I do the surveys to receive a code for the $10 off $20 or more. He said he's been giving me credits all month. I don't appreciate being accused of scamming. He flat out told me he wasn't giving me anything 3 more times. I asked for corporate number. He refused. I asked for his full name. He refused. He said it didn't matter who I called. His decision is the only one that matters. And besides he fixed my pizza. So it was correct. I sent him pictures of me wiping the sauce off. No apologies. Just have a good day. Please handle this situation.
I am sick to my stomach over this... Share share share its real from Albany Oregon. We brought the pizza home and there it was. I called back immediately and all they could say was... "I've never heard of a spider being in a pizza box," well, there was one. I am done, I will never eat here again...customer service is customer service and they failed us with their response.
Your company sucks . The way you treated Florida employees during the hurricane plus the location by me is always running out of pizza and bread ,customer service is horrible. I will never eat pizza hut CRAP again.
