Almost as satisfying as the 2 for $6 Whopper deal. Almost.
Store 1225, Huntsville, Al. 308 Jordan Lane has to be the worst one in the US. Co-worker ate there yesterday and said it took 30 minutes to get two cheeseburgers. Went there today and mine was only 25 minutes for two cheeseburgers. Not just mine it was everyone's order. Ridiculous. People were asking for their money back. If you ask about your order who I assume was the manager she cops an attitude. Did it with me and I observed it with everyone else.
And the place wasn't even busy, I mean, why would it be? Are the employees from a temp service who know nothing about food service?
Come on BK. Y'all gotta get your stores together. The store in Highway 49 in Hattiesburg, MS is garbage. It was just recently remodeled. I went to the drive thru and ordered a #1 with cheese and no pickles.
When I got home. I had a soggy bun. Note I live less than a mile away from the BK. I removed the top bun and saw a piece of meat and it was covered with mustard and mayo. It was at least 1/4 cup of each. I made out a tiny piece of cheese under the condiments.
There was no lettuce, tomato, onion, or ketchup. The lack of pickles was the only thing they got right. It looked SO disgusting I immediately wrapped it back up and threw it away. Not before I took a picture, of course. I wish I could post it here.
I had a migraine and driving was making me dizzy so I didn't go back and my phone is broken so I couldn't call. But given the attitudes of the employees, they wouldn't have cared anyway.
It was absolutely horrible. Something needs to be done.
The Burger King in Apopka Florida is a joke. They are always out of something. I have had them be out of coffee, soda, straws, napkins, whoper meat, burger meat. bacon and sausage at the same time, chicken, fries. They Refuse to make a sandwhich the way I order it (I mean is it really that hard to add ketchup to a breakfast sandwich) and most of the time seem bothered when a customer comes.
