In October 2015, I purchased a brand new 2015 Honda CR-V. As a middle class family this was a huge purchase for us. In fact, we decided to stay loyal to the brand and sold our 2003 Honda CR-V for this new 2015. That was a horrible decision. On March 17, 2017, as I exited my workplace, within 1-minute of exiting black smoke quickly seeped through the hood of the engine. Luckily, I was approaching a red light, allowing me to pull over and exit the vehicle. As I exited, the engine exploded, fully engulfed in flames. The windshield shattered. I am fortunate the circumstances were in my favour and allowed me enough time to exit the vehicle. I am less fortunate for what followed and the treatment we received from Honda Canada.
The fact that a 2015 Honda CR-V, with less than 35,000KM in mileage would explode is shocking. However, even more appalling is the unprofessionalism and willful negligence exemplified by Honda Canada since your 2015 Honda CR-V nearly took my life. Honda Canada agents, whom I will not name, were rude and insensitive. With myself exhibiting clear symptoms of PTSD, your agents could not help but downplay the situation and speak to me in a condescending manner.
Even though the vehicle was written off, we ensured our insurer provided Honda Canada access to the vehicle to allow for Honda’s own investigation. We figured Honda would want to investigate why such a new vehicle would explode. Unfortunately, Honda Canada chose not to investigate and was more focused on downplaying, deflecting, and evading. When we called still willing to purchase another Honda if there were any financial incentives for victims of Honda’s defective vehicles, we were accused of wanting compensation. I assured your agents if compensation was my goal, you would be served a Statement of Claim, not a phone call.
After more than a month of fighting and frankly defending ourselves to your incompetent agents as well as writing a letter to the President of Honda Canada, I received a phone call from one of the same agents in May 2017, more than one month after your 2015 Honda CR-V exploded. Honda now wanted to perform an investigation to ensure the vehicles of other consumers would not explode as well. But obviously, by then our insurer had sold the vehicle to an auction, where its surviving parts had been auctioned.
Choosing the route of wilful negligence instead of proactively investigating was your prerogative, though certainly a poor choice. I can only imagine the public’s response if there is a recall for inflammable Honda vehicles and it becomes public knowledge Honda Canada chose to be wilfully blind to this issue. If this is how you handle tragedies such as ours, you might as well continue to sell vehicles that explode because you will still receive the purchase price in the end. My middle-class family has lost money it barely earned and is without the vehicle we thought we were purchasing. Honda Canada is still paid the full amount in addition to the interest from our financing agreement with Honda Financial Services.
Honda service was very bad, they have cheated customers, and proving cheap raw materials. And does not provide warranty to custosmers plz do not buy any Honda product , they are always support to dealers,do not provide any helps to customers there custimercare service was fraud.

I have tried my best to make them understand my concerned issues
To vidhata honda Ludhiana but they understand the issue and commitment made by them
To me but are not refunding any money and are moving away from there commitment.
I was harassed through so many days and is exploited cheated.
Such kind of behaviour dealing is unjustified .

For treating and Expoiting there customer
I Request to make a higher committee from Honda and not vidhata to check the matter.
Soon i am forced to take the matter legally and publically
I am going to launch an RTI against honda and vidhata honda
And case against exploitation , public Harassment
And taking the matter in public through media and social networking through fb incetagram and many more
And i am going to start a non - violence protest on social media against honda
Involving whole India
"Honda We Care for you But U don't
Get well soon"
Here people like me will show there concerns and frustration
And will give you Blessings.
And every Day there will be a mail from my side as way
Of protest Against you
Which will say

I will still wait for a day . If my concern will
Not be fulfilled. i will be forced to take such action
