42 years ago today, Bob Marley played at the Schaefer Music Festival in New York City's Central Park as a part of the 1975 Natty Dread Tour! #todayinbobslife
Natty Dread is my favorite album by Bob Marley...wish I could have had the privilege to see him. Saw his son, Ziggy...awesome. Peace to all. Remember to love each other...no matter our political opinions. Love each other. Always
I was there. I'll never forget it. I was at NYU and I saw the announcement in the daily paper. I immediately called my boyfriend and he met me at central park. there were mostly white people in attendance. I enjoyed the show as marley was revolutionary at that period and I felt his songs to my core. I needed to hear every word.
I was at a party last night on a mountainside in South Wales. One Love Sound System played a lot of Marley and it was as fresh as always. #liveforever
Don't wait in vain... watch Morgan Heritage cover one of Bob's most iconic love songs. #bobmarleycover
