Dear Sir, extremely difficult to open an account that too a salary account in Hyderabad inspite visiting two branches for past 5 day ..the account opening is totally under control of your agents and they are demanding umteen signs and refused to open account there is a difference between pan card and Aadhaar card - one with full name and initials and another with name and surname and making mockery of name ... extremely pathetic and very sad that unable to open a salary account a best form of soft harassment thank you
Dear Axis Bank,
I had raised a complaint regarding excess fuel debit transaction but I did not get any resolution. Every time I reply someone raises it afresh.
The same issue has been raised 3 times, with the below reference number and without any resolution.
Please stop raising it further and providing assurance to resolve it within 2 days, 3 days like that.
Please resolve it and provide me the evidence of crediting excess amount to my account due to the technical issue.
I have checked my account statement and I did not find any transaction of excess credit. I understand that amount is very less but I want the evidence.
I have already escalated to next level, hoping the satisfactory reply.
