I bought a KIVIK couch in Italy (IKEA Gorizia), but the couch unfortunately broke down. Naturally I would like to check about the warranty before I pack and drive the whole couch back to the store.
But I have trouble to redeem warranty at IKEA Gorizia: their web chat customer service directs me to submit the warranty claim over webform (http://www.ikea.com/ms/it_IT/customer_service/contact_us/contattaci.html?type1=store&type2=8000000&type3=8013000), which, after I finally enter all the data, doesn't work!!!! Tried several times. Their chat service then told me, that that is not their problem!? Can you please advise or give me an e-mail, where I can apply for warranty?

I've had a horrible service this week with IKEA USA. Everytime I call it takes more than an hour for them to pick up the phone! Very stressfull, specially because I was told that I would get my tracking number in less than a week after I made my purchase and it's been a week and a half and still NOTHING. Terrible service. No help to provide alternatives for the customer. Won't order online ever again.
