FAIR WARNING: I bought a chromebook from Samsung and I received it damaged! I then contacted customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. I am a frequent samsung buyer and I find it appaling that they wouldn't honor my return.
YOUR INFOMERCIAL HAS TAKEN OVER MY 10 IN TABLET. ..HOW DO I GET IT OFF! !!!!!
OK Samsung, luckily I just happened to be sitting near the tablet in my house when I heard a loud "POP!". I looked around and found the tablet had burst open.
I've had battery problems with this tablet since shortly after my warranty ran out. When I called about getting it fixed, your call center told me I had to give them a credit card with almost $400 clear on it to fix it. That's nearly the cost for a new tablet.
I've checked around the web and this particular tablet is known for electrical issues due to a motherboard problem. Warranty or not, you need to do something about this. What if it had caught on fire while I was gone?
LED lights in your oven = seeing what’s cooking. Check on your dish as often as you’d like.
This *and* that. Do two different loads, at the same time. smsng.us/Flex
Moms. ❤️ Enough said.
"I have never had a more frustrating customer service experience in my life. Seriously. There is an ever-changing series of hoops to just get my money back for a FAILED product, a dishwasher that started leaking after 2 months of very light use.

I might be more forgiving if I hadn't talked to multiple service reps with a different answer about why this process wasn't moving forward every single time."
