These are easy , but problems arise due to vocabulary
Stop replaying the negative thoughts that create unhappy emotions. Rumination thoughts can be interrupted by a technique called Thought Stoppage and CBT. You can break the cycle of negativity.
Think colorful thoughts and increase the loving energy in your heart.
