The Tiguan springs into action.
Volkswagen My 2016 Volkswagen Jetta was in an accident and the airbags went off. The seatbelt didn't even lock! I could have been seriously injured. And it was broken when I got out of the car. Unbelievable! I will never again have a Volkswagen! Is this a recall issue? It should be! Seat belts save lives, and it didn't work in my case! Outrageous.
It's wild that a company as large as Volkswagen gets less than 100 likes within the first 3 hours of posting something.
Whoever heads the marketing department should be canned, step up the marketing game - especially with the current lawsuits, scandals and court appointed raids. 🤗
Hey VW.. been in the news a lot lately-- are these flowers for my future funeral because you don't supply dealerships with the parts to fix the airbag recall? I just bought a used Passat in October and didn't know of the recall. When I got a letter about it today, I called immediately to schedule an appointment and was told there is a WAITLIST to get the part-- what? So I get to drive around in a deathtrap because you don't have enough parts to go around?!?!?!? If there is a recall known to KILL people, you should have the parts NOT A WAITLIST- the tech had the nerve to say the recall has been out for 1.5 years-- that is even WORSE knowing you have had that long to supply your dealerships and have FAILED to do so. Once I knew about the problem, I immediately tried to fix it-- my hands are tied because of you.
