Spotted on the London Underground!
Such good memories. Saw both of these shows for the first time in the eighties in London. Michael Crawford will always be my favorite Phantom!
Was happy to work on both in the props dept. Little did any of us realise then, how successful they would both become! Rightly so! Long may it continue
I've seen Les Mis 5 times at the Queens, and whist it's an amazing show I kinda wish it was directed more consistently. Two out of the five times were utterly outstanding with several standing ovations, the other three were poor and disappointing with some of them giving there own version of the the songs to the point where you could argue if they were singing the same song.

"- What d'ya think you're at hanging round me pitch? If you're new around here, girl, you've got a lot to learn. - Listen, you old bat. Crazy bloody witch. Least I give me customers some pleasure in return. - I know what you give! Give 'me all the pox! Spread around your poison 'till they end up in a box! - Leave the poor old cow. Move it, Madeleine. She used to be no better till the clap got to her brain. - When's it gonna end? When we gonna live? Something's gotta happen now, or something's gonna give. It'll come. It'll come. It'll come. It'll come."
