On an average day, more than a billion people will use Facebook. They will share posts in dozens of languages: everything from photos and status updates to live videos. A very small percentage of those will be reported to us and investigated by our community operations teams. Hi Facebook, I've repeatedly reported a profile that's using my pictures and pretending to be a real person, when it is a genuine fake, trying to catfish people into their Skype/Spam account. You continue to tell me and 30-odd of my friends who have also reported it that it doesn't violate your community standards. WHY?? They're using my photos. I can show you the originals if you like? This is at least the 20th time I've done this with the same people for a few years. Why delete the other pages and not this?? PLEASE HELP.
Can someone tell me how I actually get someone from Facebook to help me with an issue!
