Happy Kansas Day, everyone! 🇺🇸
#Kansas is famous for many things, including being home to the world's largest ball of twine in Cawker City.
It was started by Frank Stoeber out of 1.6 million feet of twine. When he died in 1974, he left it to the city and each August, a "Twine-a-thon" is held where the locals add even more twine to the ball. In 2014, it was 41 feet wide and almost 11 feet high!
