This month, is #ChildhoodCancerAwarenessMonth and we’re celebrating brave kids like Samar. “Samar is now at home and in remission! We are happily reunited as a family and are now looking to continue down the path of remission changing our lifestyle from diet and exercise to ensure she remains in remission for the rest of her life. She just started preschool! Thank you to Packard Children’s and all of our friends in the Bass Center!” – Genghis, dad to Samar. Do YOU have a Packard Children’s story to share? Send us your stories, cards, photos, and artwork. We want to feature you in our Gallery of Gratitude at our new hospital’s Community Open House in October!
