@CapitalOne the absolute worst paid my bill in full still getting interest charge 30mins on phone basically told oh well it is what it is @Discover took care of the same issue no problem less then a minute on the phone.
For all of you Gm card fans now with capitol one I would like to check with you customers and see if any of you can log into our gm card account. It has been since 9/20 that when you attempt to create your online profile for your gm card putting in your name, ss and DOB an error message appears WE HIT A SNAG. Capitol one Tech support and customer service representatives are a bunch of IDIOTS. All they say even when you talk to supervisors that they will escalate the problem or contact you to give you an update. It has been practically 2 months of attempting to log into my account and contacting the bank and it all seems like BS when you talk to them. Not that capitol one will respond but I would like to know if any other gm card customer is having the same problem of attempting to log into there account and receiving WE HIT A SNAG
Be aware that charges that were rejected in yesterday's epic fail are showing up as pending charges on accounts today.
